Located in the woodland countryside outside of Wiarton, Ontario, Big Rock Audio stands as its own building on our property. Clean air, natural beauty, and a great creative vibe.
I’ve worked professionally on bass, drums, guitar, and as an audio engineer for festivals, clubs, arenas, studios, and television. This experience allows me to understand what artists need most because I've been there too, on both sides of the desk. Building this studio has been a challenge that asked me to gather all that experience and make use of it as I considered acoustic design, layout, gear choices, and workflow.
This room is the result of all that. It reflects what I’ve learned through experience, lessons passed on from great players and friends, and years of study. This is a place built for music, by a musician. Vibe, sound, and function are all where they need to be.
Let’s make something great.
— Steve
